Summary Details:
Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority ("FHA") (the "Health Authority(s)"), through their collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide one (1) Soltive Super Pulsed Thulium Lasers including consumables and optional three (3) year Post Warranty Services to Delta Hospital at an estimated total value of CAD$252,129 (inclusive of taxes).

The Delta Hospital requires a Soltive Super Pulsed Thulium Laser to assist with Lithotripsy procedures on patients to reduce the stones into dust that is small enough to pass, resulting in reducing post-operative pain and the need for further surgery. This equipment provides a higher frequency range (up to 2400 hz) resulting in increased stone free rates and reduced additional procedures.
