Notice is hereby given that Vancouver Island Health Authority (the "Health Authority"), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide the O2 O-Arm and Navigation Interface to Victoria General Hospital for a term on one (1) year at an estimated value of $616,000 including taxes.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Vancouver Island Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
