Description : Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA") on it's own behalf and as agent for Fraser Health Authority ("FHA"), Interior Health Authority ("IHA"), Northern Health Authority ("NHA"), Vancouver Coastal Health Authority ("VCHA"), and Vancouver Island Health Authority ("VIHA") (the "Health Authority(s)"), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide PCA Pumps for a term up to December 31, 2023 at an estimated value of $1,737,018. Smiths Medical Canada Ltd. 301 Gough Rd. Markham, ON, L3R 4Y8 In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority(s) has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason: · to ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative.
