The competition detail and documents are currently available at https://sasktenders.ca/Content/Public/Search.aspx?CompetitionNumber=ST-Doc3969144954Throughout this RFP event, any reference to SaskTel or Directwest is understood to be Saskatchewan Telecommunications doing business as Directwest.This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel, to qualified Suppliers to submit proposals for the printing and shipping of SaskTel phonebook directories to designated warehouse locations throughout the Province of Saskatchewan, as further described below (the “Deliverables”):The Deliverables for this RFP include the following:Receiving Just-in-time delivery of directory paper from Directwest-s paper supplier.Inspecting and confirming paper is in quality condition for use in production run of directory printing.Receiving data files from Directwest and preparing files as necessary to perform production run.Performing quality assurance checks to ensure printed directories meet Directwest expectations.Palletizing and shipping of printed directories to locations in the province, as specified by Directwest.Optional Deliverables:To assist SaskTel to obtain best value and identify opportunities for SaskTel to streamline its processes and costs, Suppliers may at their option, include the supply of bulk paper and associated pricing in their response to this RFP.
