Description:
The City is seeking a consultant to provide consulting services for a Phase II Preliminary
Site Investigation (PSI), and optional further investigations. This investigation will act as a
follow up to the previously completed Phase I Preliminary Site investigation and provide
further insight into the development suitability of The Property.

The Phase II PSI will seek to determine the existence and approximate location of any
potential contaminants, as well as verify and validate the conclusions of the previous
studies.

If the findings of the Phase II PSI indicate contaminants within soils, groundwater or
excess vapors, a further investigation will be conducted, listed in this RFP as optional
work. This Detailed Site Investigation (DSI) will determine the extent and magnitude of
any contamination identified. To fully determine the Multiple investigations may be
needed, and a subsequent Screening Level Risk Assessment (SLRA) will be conducted.
These investigations and subsequent assessment will be used to advise the City on how
best to proceed with intended developments on The Property.

The City may request the utilization of the successful Proponent-s services for future
opportunities and design/engineering work. This includes any future environmental and
testing work pertaining to the Property. Future services under the scope of this RFP may
be procured, subject to applicable extension clauses....
