This Request for Bids (RFB) a second stage, public pre-qualified, procurement following Request for Qualifications (RFQ): RFQ-2023-9-2890 or any subsequent RFQs released, including RFQ-2025-1-4184.
Only Bidders that have pre-qualified through this RFQ process, under the same terms can submit a Bid on this RFB. In addition, only Bidders that have pre-qualified under the following four Service Areas: Phase II Environmental Site Assessment; Remediation; Risk Assessment; and Permitting, are eligible to submit a Bid.
This RFB is for the procurement of professional environmental services including: Phase II environmental site assessments; a revision to the previous risk assessment; development of a plan of restoration; assistance with permitting and regulatory applications; and, semi-annual monitoring over a three-year period at the Government of Yukon-s Potential Development Lots, Tagish Avenue, in Carcross, Yukon.
Any potential Bidder who is not pre-qualified at the Closing Time of this RFB, will not be considered for this procurement.
