Statement of Purpose The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals for Pharmacy Services to two (2) Long Term Care (LTC) Homes including any services provided under the guidelines of the special care home guidelines within Saskatchewan Health Authority. The LTC Homes include: Herb Bassett Home Pineview Terrace The service will be awarded to one Pharmacy for both Homes. Each proposal must clearly delineate local pharmacy proprietor if centralized filling will occur and clearly articulate how the Home needs will be met from a distance. Please see Appendix D for details on each Care Home. Background The purpose of awarding contracts for pharmacy service provided to continuing-care Homes within Saskatchewan Health Authority is to optimize the safety and care for residents.
