Description : Fraser Health Authority (FHA) invites Respondents to submit Responses for the provision of pharmacy services to Fraser Health clients at Creekside Withdrawal Management Centre (“CWMC”), a facility that is licensed pursuant to the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (British Columbia). The 30-bed CWMC includes 24 adult and 6 dedicated youth beds. CWMC provides medically monitored care for individuals-at-risk for medically complicated or severe withdrawal concerns. Withdrawal management services provide short-term medical supervision and support to individuals who are experiencing withdrawal symptoms associated with their discontinued use of alcohol/other drugs. Medically supervised withdrawal management is important, as there are some serious health risks for clients withdrawing from alcohol/other drugs. Once a client has completed withdrawal, the client can enter a treatment program. Closing Date and Time: April 11, 2023 @ 4:00pm PST.
