Project Description : Delivery Required 2022-08-15SCOPEService New Brunswick (SNB) is publishing a tender for the procurement anddelivery of pharmaceutical refrigerators and datalogger temperaturemonitoring systems for numerous locations throughout the province on behalfof the New Brunswick Department of Health (DH).CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIAThe contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid that meets thetender document's requirements for Items 1 through 3 as well as theshipping requirements.SUBMITALSThe supplier must supply certification and/or specification/data sheetswith the tender to demonstrate that the units to be supplied meet thespecified requirements.DELIVERY DATE AND PRICEWithin three weeks of the tender being awarded, the supplier must deliverto the addresses provided in the attached SHIPPING ADDRESS document.Freight to the dock MUST be included in the shipping rates. The vendor mustship the equipment with a truck that has an elevating tailgate. The cost ofshipping MUST be included in the pricing.WARRANTY AND RIGHT TO PURCHASEPrice must include a minimum of 2 years' warranty on parts and labour andmust be valid within Canada.
