Description : Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) acting on its own behalf and as an agent for each of Fraser Health Authority and Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (collectively with PHSA as “Purchasers”), intends to extend the Contract C00787 with following supplier beyond the current expiry date to provide Intravenous (IV) and Palliative Goods and Services for a term of one (1) year from April 1st, 2023 to March 31st, 2024 at an estimated value of $1,700,000 CAD. Calea Ltd. 2785 Skymark Avenue, Unit 2 Mississauga, ON, L4W 4Y3 PHSA is in the process of running an RFP for Intravenous (IV) and Palliative Goods and Services and therefore has chosen to extend the current contract in order to ensure the continued supply of these essential products and services to the Health Authorities with stable pricing, until PHSA completes an upcoming competitive process for future contracts. Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Rod Fenton, Buyer, Pharmacy, Sourcing, Provincial Health Services Authority, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, March 30, 2023.
