Description:
This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the County along with its member municipalities (Township of Asphodel-Norwood, Township of Cavan Monaghan, Township of Douro-Drummer, Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, Township of North Kawartha, Township of Selwyn), referred to as “the partners” to gather information from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) vendors and ERP implementers as it prepares to replace its existing ERP solutions, as set out and defined at Section 1.2 (Potential Opportunity). Interested parties (each, a “Respondent”) are invited to respond to this RFI by submitting a written response to the County that includes a brief statement of the nature of their interest in the opportunity (the “Response”).
This RFI is issued solely for the purpose of gathering information and facilitating a demonstration of the software. The intent is to better understand current capabilities available in the marketplace and to inform future planning. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment to purchase, and no contract will be awarded as a result of this process.
