Summary Details:
The ministry requires the services of a general contractor to undertake the construction, delivery and installation of a new drying room and exercise area building at the fire zone. This ITT calls for the new construction of a 93 sq m (1000 sq ft) single-story wood framed building structure that shall include foundations, concrete aprons, canopies and gutter, all exterior and interior finishes including insulation, electrical & mechanical equipment and accessories.
The contractor shall provide full construction, delivery and installation of the new building in accordance with the objectives set above and the drawings and specifications attached.
