Description:
Over the next five (5) years, OPB plans to replace various pension administration business processes and software systems. We are in the process of this journey and are in the final stages of a competitive procurement process to select a vendor to partner with us to implement a new Pensions AdministrationSystem (PAS).To support the implementation process and a move to steady state for OPB's new PAS, OPB is seeking proposals from proponents with demonstrated experience with Business process & pension systems modernization and transformation that can provide consultation, advice, expertise, and in-depthknowledge to OPB on pension plan administration and modernization to support OPB throughout this modernization. The role of the proponent will be as a consultant/advisor to assist OPB in preparation and execution of OPB's pensions and processes modernization. They will employ systems thinking approacheswhile they provide advice, consultation and guidance to OPB during the discovery, implementation, go-live, and steady state phase.It is OPB's intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years with two (2) optionalone (1) year extensions for a maximum term of seven (7) years.
