Invitation to Proponents

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Corporation of the Municipal District of St. Stephen (the "MDSS") to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the creation of a digital Payroll and Human Resource Information System.

Summary of the Opportunity

The Scope of Work included in Section 4, identifies the scope at a high-level which the successful Proponent will be expected to deliver. The successful Proponent will be requested to provide additional consulting services, as required, as the project progresses. Therefore, the MDSS will, at its sole discretion, select the Proponent it deems is best positioned to support the MDSS now and over the longer term of the project.
