- NLHS is administering this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Payment Processing System, in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act. NLHS expects to execute a multi-year Enterprise Master Agreement with the Successful Proponent for the provision, implementation, and warranty and post-warranty software and hardware maintenance and support of the payment processing system. The term of the Agreement will commence immediately upon contract execution and will continue until the completion of the Scope of Services, as described in the enclosed Schedule A, Exhibit B - Scope of Services, including any additional services covered under the scope of the Agreement.
