Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Pavement Rehabilitation Design including Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed, and professional consulting firms to provide design engineering services to conduct pavement designs for full depth reclamation (FDR) asphalt foaming methods and where FDR asphalt foaming is not feasible, recommend a treatment type as an alternate rehabilitation method. The City has no preference on a specific type of alternate treatment and would be seeking guidance from the consultant for benefits and consequences to the life cycle, quality and cost (amongst other considerations) of those alternate options.
Currently, Construction Engineering and Post Construction are considered provisional until recommendations are received and reviewed by the City.
