Description:
This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for ITT-02-25 Pavement Preservation - Road Resurfacing, Micro Surfacing and Multi-Use Trail Overlay, as further described in Section B.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The work described in this ITT covers the installation/adjustments of frames, covers, and grates, curb removal, curb re-installations, grinding of asphalt, application of emulsified asphalt tack coat, installation of hot mix asphalt HL-1, micro surfacing, and the application of pavement markings in various locations throughout the City of Peterborough. This ITT also includes pavement crack sealing, asphalt base repairs, HL-2 hot mix asphalt overlay and recycled asphalt shouldering for rehabilitation of a segment of the Parkway Trail. Locations will be as per the design drawings.
