Synopsis: Submissions clearly marked "COR5485: Paved Alley Reconstruction", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca, no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on April 29, 2021. This solicitation describes a requirement for 2021 Paved Alley Reconstruction. Please see ITT for more details on this matter. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a bid will be posted to the Sasktenders website

The Work of this Contract includes but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of asphalt alleys; Excavation of any base and sub-grade material; Compaction of sub-grade, installation and compaction of City of Regina supplied “slag”, and installation and compaction of base material.
