Biotechnologies 2. Plant Variety Protection 3. Products and Equipment and 4. New Trends Services required are for a number of AAFC Commercialization Officers Science and Technology Branchs Office of Intellectual Property and Commercialization at various office locations across Canada identified as authorized users in Annex A Statement of Work. Patent filings will be primarily made in the United States of America and Canada. Patents may be filed in both Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) countries and non-PCT countries.
