Biotechnologies 2. Plant Variety Protection 3. Products and Equipment and 4. New Trends Services required are for a number of AAFC Commercialization Officers Science and Technology Branchs Office of Intellectual Property and Commercialization at various office locations across Canada identified as authorized users in Annex A Statement of Work. Patent filings will be primarily made in the United States of America and Canada. Patents may be filed in both Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) countries and non-PCT countries. It is Canada's intent to issue up to four (4) standing offers for the four (4) categories listed herein. A supplier may be issued a standing offer for more than one category.
