The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner) owns 18 multi-residential buildings built between 1955 and 1975, and requires a qualified Contractor to provide a five-year/60-month full maintenance contract for the elevators noted below, per the specifications.
We invite qualified elevator contractors to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all labour, parts, materials, tools, equipment, lubricants, other consumables and licensed, experienced manpower to perform maintenance services of the passenger elevators at the following building locations:
· 150 Stone Street, Gananoque - One passenger elevator - hydraulically operated
· 80 Water Street, Brockville - Two passenger elevators - cable operated
· 275 Water Street, Prescott - One passenger elevator - hydraulically operated
The term of this contract shall be for sixty (60) months, and will begin on September 1, 2025.
The contractor shall supply and install a combination lock box in the lobby of each building noted above. The Counties will provide the master mechanical key for each as required.
