Can you also please clarify if the province will accept$2,000,000 liability as per before.R2. Yes--the first clause of paragraph 2.15(a) is hereby amended toread:Each rental vehicle will have a minimum of two milliondollars ($2,000,000.00) insurance coverage for Section A -Third Party Liability Insurance (PL/PD) provided by the rentalagencies and included as part of the quoted rate.Q3. Will the province be asking for proof from all providers for theliability amount as well to make sure they the liability requested in thetender?R3. Yes--this will be evaluated and vendors who do not provide therequired insurance coverage in their submissions will be deemednon-compliant to the attached Specifications.Q4. Regarding Airport Concession Fees: if pricing is the same forall cities, are we able to complete one bid sheet and outline thatconcession fees vary by airport?R4.
