Note the following Vendor questions and responses:

Q7: I do not see a place on Appendix B-2 Vehicle Rate Information to add daily and weekly rates for optional equipment?

R7: Appendix F has been added for bidders to submit daily, weekly and monthly rates for optional equipment.

Q6. There is no indication of damage deductible we have to agree to this tender as in the past. Will our deductible have an impact on where a government employee has to rent? Is there a minimum/maximum deductible?

R6. Deductibles are detailed under paragraph 2.15(c) of the Specification. The deductible increases for Light Trucks up to $10,000.00 from $3,500. Passenger Vehicles will remain at $3,500.

The location for bidders to submit their deductible is located at the last column of the following pages:

- B-1/1 of 2;
- B-2/1 of 4;
- B-2/2 of 4;
- B-2/3 of 4.

All other information remains the same.
