INSTRUCTIONS TO RETRIEVE DOCUMENTS: all interested Proponents must request the solicitation documents by contacting The Calgary Airport Authority-s Supply Chain Office via email at fredy@effero.ca, with blair@effero.ca copied on the request. Bids will not be accepted if the Proponent does not follow these instructions or does not use the required RFP forms contained in the solicitation documents.RFP OVERVIEW: The Calgary Airport Authority intends to establish a long-term partnership with a qualified Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) OEM to support a multi-year PBB program at the YYC Calgary Airport. The intent of this RFP is to select a preferred partner capable of: (i) supplying, delivering, and installing new passenger boarding bridges, (ii) providing ongoing OEM technical support and service performance accountability, and (iii) supporting lifecycle parts and inventory management for the assets over the term of a Master Contract.
