Description : This Project is required to facilitate west to east power transfer and generation deliverability out of the Pasqua area. The overall project (East and West portions combined) includes constructing approximately 77km of new 230kV transmission line between the Pasqua station and the new Rowatt station, and the salvage of approximately 46km of existing de-energized transmission line. This new line will consist of: direct embed 230kV double circuit structures; bundled Drake conductor (stringing of the north circuit only); and two (2) x ½” EHS steel wire. The north circuit of the double circuit segment will be strung with bundled conductor and is designed and energized to 230kV voltage level and designated as P1R line. - Documents:
