Notice is hereby given by The Board of Education of School District No. 42 (Maple Ridge - Pitt Meadows)
(“the Board”) that it is a member of Canoe, and is eligible to procure through the cooperative contracts that are administered by Canoe Procurement. The term of this participation is from August 8, 2024 to August 7, 2025 and may be extended annually.

Canoe-s contracting policies, procedures, and processes are compliant with the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Atlantic Trade and Procurement Partnership (ATPP), the Ontario Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directive, the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OOTCA), and the New West Partnership Agreement (NWPTA)
