- Invitation to Tender TENDER NO. 73054 Parkway and Panorama Sidewalk Rehabilitation The City of Coquitlam invites tenders for Contract 73054 - Parkway and Panorama Sidewalk Rehabilitation, generally consisting of the following, but not limited to: Approx. 2300 sq.m of concrete sidewalk removal and replacement; Approx. 400 lin.m of concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement; Approx. 130 tonnes of asphalt paving; Minor storm works; Streetlighting works; Other miscellaneous and incidental works as described in the Contract Documents.
