Description:
The Corporation of the City of Brockville, Parks and Recreation division is seeking to replace our current software platform(s) used for reservation, bookings, scheduling and payments for City Parks and Recreation facilities with one software platform. The software platform will provide customer facing and staff interface reservation, bookings, scheduling and payments for:
Ice hockey and skating arenasSoccer fieldsBaseball diamondsCommunity hallsCity Island camping and dockingHarbour docking including transient boatingParks and park outbuildingsOther book able venues not yet defined in this list
A new software platform is envisaged to permit online bookings, facilitate payments with a focus on ease of use for the public, fluid management and oversite by staff and appropriate reporting functionality. The new Parks and Recreation software platform will provide the City with a modern and fresh new interface for the residents to utilize City recreational spaces. The objective of this RFP is to evaluate available software products culminating with a minimum five (5) year agreement for software licensing and support.
