The Corporation of the Town of Aylmer wishes to retain a qualified vendor with experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of a Parks and Recreation Management Software (PRMS) solution. This initiative aims to enhance the operational efficiency of the Town-s Parks and Recreation Department through a comprehensive software system capable of supporting program registration, facility bookings, memberships, point-of-sale transactions, reporting, and integration with existing municipal systems. The chosen solution must align with current technological standards, offer robust self-service and mobile-friendly functionalities, and ensure scalability to meet future needs. Through this procurement, the Town seeks to modernize service delivery, improve accessibility, and provide residents with a seamless and user-friendly and efficient platform for engaging with recreational offerings.
