- The Calgary Airport Authority is seeking a supplier to implement a comprehensive Parking Revenue Management System (PRMS) designed to enhance parking revenue through online reservations. The PRMS will enable the airport to adjust online parking rates in real-time based on factors such as occupancylevels, seasonal trends, and anticipated traveler demand through dynamically pricing our online rates and data-driven demand forecasting. In addition to revenue optimization, the PRMS is expected to streamline daily parking operations by integrating seamlessly with the online reservation system toenhance data flow, reduce manual processes, and improve reporting accuracy. We are specifically looking for suppliers who have experience working with airports or within a relevant domain. Additionally, we are seeking a solution that is already available on the market that can be customized to meetour specific needs. We are not seeking IT consulting firms to develop a new solution from scratch.
