Description of Work:
•Management of parking space rentals: leases and vignettes;
•Supply and install time and date stamps (electronic with vehicle registration). Payment methods must be cash or credit cards;
•Carry out maintenance and repairs on the parking meter and ensure its smooth operation in all seasons;
•Carry out parking control and security services Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00, with the exception of public holidays;
•Issuance of statements of offence, notice of claim and/or towing if applicable;
•French/English personalized communication services to customers, whether on the Web or by telephone in the Eastern time zone or Montreal time. Customer service hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
•Financial management: collection of monthly payments, interruption of service in the event of non-payment, bookkeeping, calculation of payments according to agreement rates, etc;
