- The Town has extensive facility and parking infrastructure and we endeavour to ensure that we meet at least the minimum requirement for accessibility while ensuring function and safety.The Town requires the consultant to investigate the current parking arrangements at the recreation facility and swimming pool, specifically as it pertains to the current designated blue zone parking, general parking, and the accessibility and function of the crosswalk and crosswalk button on Valley Road. The Town would like the consultant to identify regulatory, code, or other issues with good practice in the form of a gap analysis, and to provide recommendations for addressing the gaps, including cost estimates and drawings.
