Description:
This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health (“WDGPH”) to prospective proponents to submit quotations for Parking Lot Repair, Sealing and Line Painting at WDGPH Chancellors Way Office, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

WDGPH is a public health unit located in Ontario with offices located in Guelph, Orangeville and Fergus.
The WDGPH office at Chancellors Way only requires parking lot repair, sealing and line painting
The parking lot is approximately 68,790 ft2 and below is a summary of the repair and painting scope:
- Approximately 2,790 linear feet of crack repairs.

- 4 x Accessibility Loading/Unloading Zones. (blue crosshatched)
- 4 x EV Charger Parking Spots (green stenciled)
- 2 x Crosswalks (white cross hatched)
