Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for services to complete IFC drawings and construction administration for a parking lot project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”), at the facility listed below.West Kelowna City Hall

West Kelowna, BCIn 2024, the City finalized construction of a new City Hall and moved staff into the building. An interim gravel parking lot was constructed in the Northeast corner of the property. A long-term plan for this parking lot needs to be created. As a result, this RFP is seeking a team of consultants to draft a plan that will include but not be limited to standard parking lot design work such as paving, curbs, sidewalk, storm collection, retention, absorption, lighting, line painting and future EV parking.
