SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFP are as follows:Radio-Canada is looking to acquire a tool to manage a panel of members who sign up to respond to surveys. The tool must allow communication with members, as well as the scheduling and sending of surveys to both panelists and non-panelists. We are also looking for an AI-powered open-ended response analysis tool that would be integrated into the tool (optional requirement, please provide a separate cost estimate).2.
