SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFP are as follows:To seek competitive quotations for single premium paid-up life insurance for up to 134 individuals. This purchase is on a one-time only basis and coverage will be effective on January 1, 2026. Quotations should be based on a lump sum premium payment.2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: There are no mandatory requirements in this RFP.3.
