- The Pacific Branch Drain outlets into the Pacific Drain in the South 1/2 of Lot 1, concession 5(Former Sombra Township), within the Township of St. Clair.
The work includes:
The Pacific Branch Drain shall be improved with a new road crossing at Baseline Road and a new pump station installed on the East side of Baseline Road.
All work shall be in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents.
The Municipality reserves the right to delete all or portions of the work.
It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions.
The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation. - Documents:
