- Toronto Transit Commission (“TTC”) requires consulting services (“Consultant”) to support and deliver the technical assignment of a project feasibility study and concept design in Stage Gate 2 and other assignments as required. To address the Line 2 train maintenance and storage capacity shortfalls and clearly define the proposed Western Yard project scope, TTC is procuring a consultant to conduct the project feasibility study, complete the concept design, and provide the other services/deliverables of the Stage Gate 2 as per TTC-s project governance process. The consultant will be responsible for delivering various assignments and/or reviewing other consultants' submissions.
