Description:
TTC is seeking for a third party service provider (Supplier) that is capable to support the hardware stated in Section 4.1 (annual maintenance based, labor and material included) and Section 4.2 (T&M based) in Appendix A - Scope of Deliverables.Supplier shall provide:a. hardware Maintenance support services for the TTC Data Centres equipment as stated in Section 4.1 of Appendix A - Scope of Deliverables, which will include the total extended cost for year 1, year 2, optional year 1 and optional year 2 (refer to Appendix E - Pricing Submission Form Table A);b. The service hourly rate for T&M base for the TTC Data Centres equipment as stated in Section 4.2 in in Appendix A - Scope of Deliverables, distinguished by (refer to Appendix E - Pricing Submission Form Table B): • Monday - Friday (business hours) hourly rate• After-hours hourly rate• Weekend hourly rate• Statutory holiday hourly rate
