Description : The Scope of this Contract includes, but is not limited to engineering services for Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection services as follows: Obtaining utility records from TTC, municipalities, utility companies, etc. Utility mapping and locating (by GPR or other methods). Utility designating (geophysics). Survey of underground utility locates, surface markings and test hole location. Pipe cleaning and flushing including mechanical cleaning as required. CCTV video inspection and condition assessment of sewers and lateral pipes. Cleaning and condition assessment of catch basins (CB), maintenance holes (MH) and chambers using 3D camera inspection/helix scanning as required. Prepare condition assessment report with repair recommendations, stamped and signed by a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario. Removal and replacement of catch basin goss traps as required to facilitate CCTV inspection. Obtain necessary permits (other than road occupancy and road cut permits) from municipalities, utility owners or other entities to execute and complete the Work.
