Description : The project will allow the replacement of key end-of-life electrical apparatus at the Winnipeg Maintenance Centre (WMC). More precisely, for the WMC, four (4) low-voltage (LV) breakers will be purchased and two (2) of those will be replaced. The two (2) others will be kept as spare for future maintenance, planned repairs or unplanned failures.
