- The Devonshire Ave Reconstruction project consists of 0.6 km of Devonshire Ave (Oxford Road 35) from Victoria Street South to Knightsbridge Road. The existing roadway has a 2-lane cross section with curb faced sidewalk and on street parking. The County is pursuing an initiative to improve overall traffic flow, reduce accidents, and increase safety for all modes of transportation by changing from the existing 2 lanes to a two lane with a centre two-way left-turn and dedicated bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides of the road.
