- The City of Red Deer manages approximately 300 stormwater outfalls that discharge into local rivers and creeks within city limits. Following significant flooding on the Red Deer River in 2013, 145 outfalls were inspected in 2014 to assess their condition. Based on orthophoto analysis, Outfalls 101, 14, and 50 were identified as having sustained damage from the flood and were selected for repair.
To support this work, the City has retained ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd. as the Engineer responsible for project design and administration. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for completing the scope of work outlined in Section 1.4 and the accompanying documents. - Documents:
