The purpose of this Request for Tender (“RFT”) is to obtain bids for construction services for all components necessary to provide outdoor fitness equipment installations, junior skateboard area, cluster & bench seating, painted distance markers, and park improvements at various City parks. Work will include project management, site supervision & safety per OHSA Regulations, utility locates, coordination, supply, and installation.
Designs for outdoor fitness areas were chosen from a competitive process and are included in ‘Cash Allowances-.
