Definition of needs and requirements the Catholic Schools Consulting of the Center-Est (CECCE), in partnership with 1001173616 Ontario LTD, provider, wishes to offer students of the CECCE the opportunity to live an agro-educational experience in the forest and in the farm of 612 Smith RD Navan, on K4B 1H8. This Specialized program allows the student to develop educational, experimental and cognitive skills, knowledge and cognitive skills outside the classrooms, through a French -speaking experience in kind. ○ This program aims to develop their skills among students, their Personal discipline as well as their concentration, collaboration and camaraderie skills in a positive, inclusive and security climate where they can flourish in a French and Catholic environment. The provider undertakes to make available to the CECCE, and exclusively without Limit there, the spaces and equipment described in the appendix. Farm plans are also annexed to this contract. Preetingly to the signing of this contract, the service provider declares having done the prior verification, namely: ● that the exclusive use of the farm for educational purposes meets the legal (municipal and provincial) and security requirements for students and staff. ● That current zoning authorizes students' reception. ● That regulatory aspects (compliance with the requirements of the National Building Code), security (presence of a pond, households of feu,...
