ICBC is seeking a qualified and experienced Proponent (OEM) for the provision of an Out-of-Band (OOB) Management Solution for remotely controlling and managing critical IT assets and network equipment. OOB connectivity must be accessible in the event that primary and secondary production methods of obtaining a network connection are unavailable due to software, hardware, or environmental issues.

Prospective vendors can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
