Description:
The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents to supply a water treatment piloting system for the Town of Osoyoos, which conforms to the requirements set out in Part B (the services).

The RDOS is commissioning this project on behalf of: Town of Osoyoos (Town)
The following is a snap-shot of the tasks necessary to provide/perform the design, supply of the piloting system: Design and engineering of the Pilot Testing Equipment to consist of: a. Packaged coagulation, flocculation, and Dissolved Air Flotation System.
b. Packaged granular media filtration system with backwash and air scour.
c. Enclosure to contain pilot testing equipment.Preparation and submission of all shop drawings and submittals for the PilotTesting Equipment.Supply of the piloting system to the Project SiteDesign, manufacturing, shipping and delivery of the Raw WaterSupply Pump to the Project Site.Start-up, testing, and commissioning (with turnover of the equipment to an operator) and technical support servicesPurchase the equipment back upon completion of the piloting period or Optional Rental Agreement
This RFP document describes the services sought by the RDOS and sets out the RDOS-s RFP process, basic proposal requirement and the evaluation criteria the RDOS intends to use to select a preferred proposal.
