Detailed_Description : Services and Housing In the Province (SHIP) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a qualified consultant or firm to conduct a comprehensive review of our organizational structure, focusing on leadership and management tiers from the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to departmental managers.SHIP is a non-profit charitable, accredited housing and health service provider. For over 30 years, we have been delivering services to the Region of Peel, County of Dufferin, West Toronto and the Region of Waterloo. We promote the well-being of vulnerable and at-risk populations and we work closely with individuals in our community, enabling them to embrace their full potential. Our approach encourages participation in planning and directing personalized supports to ensure clients receive the best possible care. SHIP has been a leader in providing housing and support to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and who require support services to improve their quality of life. SHIP has established a spectrum of client‐centered housing and service programs delivered by multi-disciplinary teams.SHIP is also in the process of introducing a new CEO to the organization. SHIP-s former CEO passed away earlier this year and the organization is in a period of change. As part of the new CEO coming on board later this year, we want to give them an overview of the current capacity of the organization and what is needed to move the organization forward as we continue to grow.Having this organizational structure review will allow the organization to determine what positions if any are needed to sustain current operations and to support future growth.
