Description:
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the University of Waterloo to qualify suppliers for eligibility to provide organizational efficiency review and related consulting services as further described in Section 6 of this RFSQ. It is our intention to evaluate all responses to this RFSQ with the goal to select a shortlisted pool the "Organizational Efficiency Review and Related Services Qualified Service Providers Roster” of qualified suppliers with a range of function expertise and experience to be able to act quickly and provide Services when the need arises. We are seeking consultants that have experience working with top post secondary institutions globally and in Canada to help improve efficiency, achieve cost savings/budget reduction, conduct capacity assessments, assist in organizational design, recommend future operating environments based on best practice and align functions more closely with the University of Waterloo-s strategic objectives. It is expected that the University of Waterloo will go to only those Respondents who have been shortlisted through this RFSQ process for approximately a three (3) year period.The RFSQ is posted free of charge on the Bonfire Portal: https://uwaterloo.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/90299
