- The WCB is inviting your to submit a Proposal for the following: To conduct a review and recommend enhancements to the WCB's organization structure and enterprise operating model, ensuring alignment with the WCB's strategic focus areas, industry best practices, and future leadership requirements, as further described in this RFP and in accordance with the Instructions to Vendors.Description of ServicesThe WCB seeks a qualified vendor to conduct a review and recommend enhancements to its organization structure and enterprise operating model. The objective is to ensure alignment with the WCB's strategic focus areas, industry best practices, and future leadership requirements. The successful Vendor shall collaborate with the WCB to deliver actionable recommendations. Current State Review - The successful Vendor shall perform a review of the existing organization structure and enterprise operating model.
