Notice of Intent to Award a Contract for Oracle License Technical Support Services Renewal City of NOI No. 25-110 Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to contract with Oracle Canada for a 24-month period commencing January 1, 2026 for the following services: Oracle e-Business Suite License Technical Support Services Renewal PeopleSoft HCM License Technical Support Services Renewal Enterprise Database License Technical Support Services Renewal The above services have a combined anticipated total value of $869,472.80 plus applicable taxes. The City of Coquitlam has chosen not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons: The vendor has specific knowledge and demonstrated experience of the proprietary software; Manufacturer-s warranty may be void if serviced by unapproved vendors; It is the City-s opinion that there is currently no other vendor able to provide the services; and The impact of introducing a new software and support provider would affect cost and resources.
